Kathy Rivera is teaching oil painting Tuesdays in her home studio (pictured) in the morning from 10 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 2:00 to 4:30 pm. Kathy has a BS degree in Art Education from James Madison University and is a member of OPA. She is also a Signature Member of SIP at Crossroads Art Center.
